Does xiah work with windows vista? |

Dear user.
To run Xiah correctly on Windows Vista, the following needs to be done:
- Download Internet Explorer 7 specifically (from the official
Microsoft website), the ActiveX Controller which appears as
a download alert bar along the top of your browser when you
log into the Xiah webpage if you haven`t gotten it already, the
most recent Windows Updates, the latest version of your
graphics card drivers, and the latest version of DirectX.
- Also, you need to allow Xiah to run on the DEP list for Vista,
which you can do by:
1. hitting the Windows key, right clicking "computer", going to
"properties",
2. selecting "advanced system settings" on the left,
3. clicking "settings" under the Performance section under the
"Advanced Tab" you see in the system properties window that
comes up.
4. Then click the third tab "Data Execution Prevention", click
"turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select".
5. Then click "add" and go to C:>program files>games campus>
xiah and add in "Xiah" and "Xiah Client".
The above instructions will allow the game to run properly on Vista.
